Secondly, with our expanded coaching team, we are hoping to offer a weekly technical type (hills or speed work) session throughout February and March. These will be designed primarily to support those of you working towards a spring half or full marathon. The sessions will be devised and led by two of our coaches and run leaders, and be in addition to the regular two options offered on club nights. We plan to alternate these on Mondays and Wednesdays, and we will still meet at the Railway at 6.45pm for 7pm.
